How much will it cost me?   If you are a serving member of the RN/RM there is no cost. We will provide you with travel to and from Dover to the Centre, your food and accommodation, equipment, instruction etc.  If you want to do other activities there may be additional costs but this will be explained at the opening brief.

If you are thinking of participating or organising a bespoke package then the minimal amount will be £50 plus any additional cost required to meet your aspirations.

How do I book?   Fill in the booking form and submit it. Booking forms are available on line or hard copies should be held in your PT Office.  Failing that email the NOCG Office or paulgellender@nocg.co.uk giving as much detail as possible including contact details so that we can get back to you.  If you cannot get on the internet contact us at FLEET NOCG-OC or FLEET NOCG-ADMIN NCO or ring 0049 8324 973415/953540.

So I have identified the week seen there's spare places and submitted my booking form what happens next?    Once we have received your booking form we will reply by email, or ring you if you don't have access to a computer, confirming your requirement and confirming your booking. Approx 1 month prior to attending we will send you a calling email with all the relevant detail and administration instruction for your week. You are responsible for informing us of any change that will effect your booking and could face a £50 penalty if you do not inform us in time or with a valid reason for non attendance.

Is this the same if I am planning a bespoke package? Firstly contact us to discuss your aspirations before submitting your booking form.  Your bespoke packages must be centred around a recognised AT activity and for a minimum of 8 personnel.  In order for us to help you plan this you need to contact us at with as long a lead in time as possible.  

What happens if I want to make my own travel arrangements?    No problem just let us know, you will not get a discount though.  If you want to fly we would recommend flying into Memmingen (Munich West) airport , you will then need to make your own way from there. www.ryanair.com offer very cheap flights from Stansted or you can fly to Stuttgart but we will not pick you up from there.  The trains are excellent and on time so that may be a consideration, for more information simply speak to Chesty or Tina at Haus Schwaben on 004983242290 or email Haus_Schwaben@t-online.de .

What kit do I need?    The administration Order you will receive on confirmation of your booking will include a complete kit list.  We will provide all the relevant AT equipment for all the activities.

Sounds great when can I come?    Go to the online calendar and identify a week that you fancy, if there are vacancies, clear it with your Boss and submit the booking form. Clearly the sooner you book the sooner we can confirm it, however, we will take your booking, if there are vacancies up until the Friday before, if in doubt contact us. There are inevitable last minute cancellations so why not try ringing us for the latest availability, you my be lucky!
